Behind the rather drab casework is a really high quality upright. Dietmann are not well known in the UK, very few were sold here and most available ones have been privately imported. They were a German company, manufacturing pianos in South Africa for the RSA market. Their German pedigree is apparent in every aspect, from the high quality of components to the excellent build quality. This piano has a manually operated practice rail, rather than one operated by a third pedal. It also has a long music tray, 80cm, which is great for teaching and duets. Highly recommended.
